So what is an acceptable and successful way to get tips without begging and being annoying in chat!? i dont suppose people enjoy private messages asking for tips... right??

Hello, its mostly friends sending tips to friends or someone just feels too generous on that day and tips random people in the chat. You can also find when a player wins big,  they usually tend to make big rains or send random tips again out of generosity and happiness. There is no proven way to get tips without Begging, and begging is big no as it can get you banned. Hope this answers your question
