Problem to verify eMail

Hi,

I have problems to verify my e-meil cause when i go to settings --> verify email --> and confirm to send me a mail, i sometimes get red or green marked message that it has been sent, but I never receive any mail.

And yes, i have benn looking into spam folder and the mail address has no writing errors...

Can anyone help?
