@BCGame_bilI finally found mine after switching to Shiba Inu or XLM.  Placed my bet and was graded canceled.  Do we not get the free bet back in this case?  If we don't it should be stated somewhere.... I couldn't find anywhere that it says cancelled = loss?

You had to place a bet and leave a review on trust pilot. (This is against trust pilots rules.) But I didn't place a bet and just sent a screenshot of my old review and I got the free 15. 

I, also, wondered if the people who had deleted reviews still got credited. Trust pilot was removing false reviews and there is an ongoing investigation because of the contest.
