Banxa XRP paid for. No coins recieved!!!!!

I bought XRP using the Banxa option and 12 hours later banxa says it’s BC’s problem and BC thinks it’s banxas problem. Am I going to lose my $75 because of the unbelievably poor service.? If anyone can advise me I’d be extremely grateful.. I’m pulling my hair out dealing with this shit
