As the title states this must be the 3rd or 4th time this has happened to me and it’s really getting on my nerves now. I placed a sportsbook bet which won, the money was then credited to my account but then an amount was instantly deducted from my balance without me placing another bet.
So I won 215 and then was deducted 197.49. If you look at the timestamp you can see both occurred at 15:12:20, impossible for me to place another bet. There was nothing wrong with the original bet and it was settled correctly. My host keeps spouting the same generic message saying there is nothing they can do as it’s on the sportsbook end, live chat keep saying contact us after 24 hours. I’m sick of this happening now, wouldn’t happen on any other reputable site. Not depositing anymore and seriously considering not using the site again, not worth the hassle. Anyone had a similar problem of could help with this ?
