Deposit problem

Hello good day,

Dear support or whoever had responsibility in this site. 

I have concern about deposit it was 2 weeks and until now is not coming yet to my bc account. 

Since my first joining 3-4 years ago this is the bad experience on this site. 

I already open ticket to support and they said theres no transaction about my deposit, how come? I have the screenshot of my trasaction from my bank to your third party, partner or whatever it called. And i already open second ticket to support it was 3 days ago and still I didnt find the answer or solve my problem. Ticket number : 100278

Please investigate this concern.
