The Issue:
When I scanned the QR code, the amount automatically adjusted to ₹2,599.98 on Google Pay. The payment was successful (see attached screenshot), but BC.Game marked it as "Failed." It has been 13 days and my support ticket (#9705839) was closed without a credit.
Please manually credit the ₹2,599.98 to my account.
